Default Special wishes options

My German delivered 89 has the option code 09991 which is the code for special wishes from Porsche. I can't figure out what are the special wishes on my car, its black exterior and satin interior so its not the colours, any idea what else it could be - what special wishes options have you guys got on your car.

BTW it does have a COA but its useless as it list paint colour code as a modern black and not the period correct one that is also listed on hood sticker.

Maybe it was delivered with a Schwaebische beauty riding in the passenger seat. I know that would be my special wish

Sorry, I have no idea...

I have the same code on my turbo along with several other 0999x codes. There is no source for the exclusive codes that I have been able to find. Is there any chance you have leather door pulls. I believe that is what is in my car.

No but I have a feeling it is something to do with interior trim so need to check it against a few other late model 3.2

Have a look at this one Anthony, think you will enjoy some of the finer details.

The 09991 and other options similar are usually interior related. I have seen the 09991 on may cars and it is not consistent. I am still trying to figure that one out along with 09981, 10091 and 10471. I am curious to know what you uncover.

BTE the LE is gorgeous. What a rare car and nice condition although why they installed the 3m black fender guards I don't know. Those need to go and replaced with clear.

Something we should know? That would be one to own.

I'd be worried about taking it off too, just in case it damages the paint work specially if its been on too long. No plans for that one, I'm strictly NA but thought you'd like it.

Unfortunately that will be a car that sits in a collection. I wouldn't worry there are ways to get them off so long as the paint is factory it just takes patience.
Thanks for sharing.
