Tips for newbie
All,
I am considering getting a 911 now that I finally earn enough to afford one! I have been cruising websites and car selling forums looking for reasonable deals. Since I live in Memphis, the actual number of good buys in my area are somewhat limited, but recently a 2002 convertible has come on the market for $18k. It has done about 98k miles.
I have not seen it in person yet as apparently it is having a fuel pump replaced, but according to the carfax report it was involved in an accident involving the right pillar. Also I suspect that the IMS has not been replaced. I intend to get Pat Williams to do a PPI if I decide to go for it.
Is there anything else I should do and does this deal seem reasonable?
Thanks a bunch in advance.
