So as of lately I've been dreaming of an early 70's 911E, but I've encountered one issue and that's my height which is 6'7. I've previously driven comfortably 996's, 997's, 991's, F430,and an Aventador in which I had plenty of legroom. But I've not been able to fit into any Murciealgo, Gallardo, or Mercedes SL. There doesn't appear to be any classic 911's for sale within 250 miles for me to even sit in, so someone please make my day by telling me that I won't have a problem fitting so I can make this dream come true.

I have some clients who are the same height as you are and its possible to make you comfortable in these cars.

You will need a non-sunroof car (or have it removed), a non factory seat, and some modifications to the seat mounts in the chassis.

Steve is always dead on. Needing that Recaro seat opens up all sorts of license to mod the car. Don't be afraid to venture into the realm of the R-RS-RSR-S-ST.....or beyond.

One of my old Phoenix customers was an ex-NBA guy who was the original owner of a '73RS. He folded in and out just fine. Dennis Awtrey, and he's listed at 6'10" on his bio--but I don't remember him being THAT tall..............

Other NBA guys I've had through my place when I moved back to the Bay Area had cabs.

I am 6'4 and have problem with some cars, I am good in 991 and 964 is ok even with sunroof. I am also good in 72 - 911s with stock seat (actually better fit than 964) so you might even get away with stock seats as I have a longer upper body than average. You might also be able to play around with seat padding of stock seat.
