Pulled the stock shifter from my 77S and replaced with a Seine shifter and then upgraded the rear coupler with the Stomski Racing coupler. Only other change was the shift rod bushing. Next will be a Swepco fluid change.

Other RL posts are absolutely right. There is a huge difference in positive shifting. I highly recommend this mod for less than $400. You will not be sorry.
