I did get some "new" used wheels for track days that I gave a going over to.
I used a foam backed 500 grit abrasive pad in my VS grinder slowed all the way down. Then follow with a cotton wheel and Flitz in a right angle die grinder, detailed with a dremel in the tight corners, rattle can satin clear to approximate the anodized OEM look. By no mean concours, but a bunch better than before.

Sorry, that's all I've got. Took about an hour and a half for each wheel.

My trailer was mighty empty after I left the Ontario area Thursday. Expect that project should be completed--it's the end of the weekend now.

You guys are ganging up on me again.

Can you say Ruby Resurrection or Ruby Redux III?

I've pulled out all the extra bits, scraped the old sound mat off the floor, vacuumed the carpet, and discovered a weld that has me puzzled.

I've also put a new headliner in the Mazda just to appease the queen.

Guess you missed the other thread.............

I'm still perplexed why Ruby isn't at least on the ground by now, and rolling around. Only a few hours of labor.

I am so excited. I want to do everything in black leather. Door cards, back sidewalls, trim, door tops, kick pad, and dash. Just not feeling the coach leather.

Gotta make her a roller first.

Holy crap Ken....

Oh, guys, the funniest thing happened yesterday. I am out finishing up on the Mazda when my gardener shows up and says something like "hey man, I like it in red , but I really liked it when it was green". I chuckled but didn't say anything. A minute later he comes running out from the side yard yelling " senior' senior' you have two of them porch."

Tell him you just close the garage door, turn out the light, and they reproduce on their own.

Wait, you have a gardener?!

Ya, you seemed busy so I hired out the work.

Elayne writes it off our taxes so who am I to complain??? He touches my palm trees though and he's a dead man.
