Doyle -

Looking good! Are you in good shape with all your interior bits?

Mike:

Almost 100%. My upholsterer provided me the leather to cover the steering wheel and shift **** although I've yet to send those two pieces out for work. Otherwise,..it's all ready to be delivered to John when he calls for it. Good shape.

Thanks,

Doyle

Default Recent 1988 full restoration

I just completed a FULL restoration of a 1988 Carrera Sport Coupe. I posted it on Pelican's site. It can be found by searching 1988 Carrera Sport Coupe Restoration. I hope you are having as much fun as I did with your project. The pictures make it look straight forward and as if you are following a prescribed step by step approach. I know how much work, effort and expense goes into a project such as yours and I commend you for your attention to detail. Enjoy the process and I hope the end product is as you have invissioned.....
I have attached a couple of pictures of ny end result.

WOW! A beaut, indeed. Will be certain to check your thread on the resto,..

We'll have to compare notes, for sure.

Who restored your interior?

Thanks!

Doyle

Default restoration

The company that did my 88 interior(carpet, leather dash, leather seats, door panels, rear seat delete, headliner...the works) is All City Convertibles and Customs in Kirkland Washington. They do great work and also did a rare 89 964 C4 interior for me(picture attached.
