Default The magic of contact cleaner on stalk switches

Deleted this post because the magical, lazy man's fix did not work! But then many of you may have guessed that it wouldn't. After removing the steering wheel and determining that the switches were operable I followed the cables to find that there is a relay in the front trunk (conveniently not pictured in Bentley) which, when manipulated allowed the turn signals and hazard to work, albeit, intermittently. Did a search on the Pelican forum to confirm this as the probable source of my intermittent indicators. Ordered a new relay from Pelican, replaced it (after disconnecting neg lead from battery) and voila, indicators now work. Sorry for earlier misinformation. Learned a lot about my car in the process and now will try to tackle the air conditioner.
