Default AC Hose Mounting

I am replacing my AC system, using the Sanden Compressor, rennaire Barrier Hoses, Improved Griffiths vents, Rennaire Procooler, Dessert Duty condensor, New griffiths evap.. Only thing that will remain from the old system is the blower.. I live in Texas... So a car with no AC isnt an option... Question... What are people using with the barrier hoses to mount them to the car? The old hose brackets are made for larger stock hoses so the new hoses will be loose. I considered just using some rubberized hose insulation (kind you put on your home AC system copper tubing) wrap it around the smaller diameter hose and use original brackets... Other Ideas? Anyone make a kit of smaller brackets?

Thanks.

That sounds like it would work just fine. I don't know what size pipe the freeze liner comes in and the wall thickness? I do know that you can also use the black or dark grey camper mounting insulating tape. It come on a roll and it is about 1-1/2" wide and about 3/16" thick. By using the roll type you can apply just the right amount to make sure the hoses don't move plus, if the pipe type stuff is too thick, it may hinder the re-installation of the line holders. It can be found at most parts houses. Just a thought. Tony.

These will do the job. They're available in all sizes. Cheap enough that you can buy a bunch in the sizes that you'll need to do the job right. The result will be a nice clean installation. They're certainly look better than pipe insulation.
