still need paint code #
I still could use a paint code from 1986, Targa, kind of a bronze color, sort of brownish orange bronze, metallic. Anyone out there with a color like this, please let me know Thanks

I went to www. paintscratch.com and searched. The closest thing to what you're describing seems to be Garnet red (LM3Y/822) I have an 84 Targa, and it sounds like you're describing my color: Kiln red. L811/X3.

these are the closest I can think of for an 86 (G production, 10th VIN digit is a "G") it should be on the sticker under your front hood, if thats missing it is also located on the twin sticker that was palced on the inside of your factory maintaince manual
