Where to find "fender covers" (to protect paint while working on the engine)
I seem to recall that some RL'ers have fender covers that cover the L/R rear fenders and the back including the tail lenses, which serve to protect the paint from accidental scratches while working on the engine compartment.
I have only seen pictures posted, never in person - they appeared to be made of a material resembling the old Colgan car bras.
If you have such a thingy or know where to find one, please post.
TIA

Ard, You're right about Colgan. IIRC, They originated the "bra" for Porsches and made the first service covers. They still do. www.colgancustom.com.

JMarch, where do you get the "real" Porsche ones, please?
Thanks

Called Sunset Porsche regarding this rear service cover. They say it is only $75 dollars. They also say back ordered and have no idea how long it would take. I also can't seem to find a picture online that matches the part number as I have a hard time believing Porsche would sell this cover so cheap. Part number according to the dealer PNA 50599300. Anyone have another info?

...just ensure they know it's for the back of the car
