Default Chronos in a 356 SC?

Yes I'm a watercooled guy but I still love the air cooled. I spotted this 1600 SC today at Cars & Coffe in Warszawa. Very nice interior and I just loved the chronos to the right on the dash. Does anybody know what it is? Is this some option or retrofitted? Looks lovely in my opinion. Sorry for the poor quality pictures.

I add more photos. The chronos even have Porsche logos. Please fill in if you know what it is.

Very common accessory for rallying back in the day (if not still although I imagine today it is not common). Not a factory accessory for sure.

Thanks - yes that's exactly the same. Nice thing to add I must say.
