Default 1959 356A Sunroof

Back in the 70s, that was my first and last Porsche.

However, I plan to change that. I haven't been near the Porsche market in years and would like to go shopping.

Are there featured 356 shows and/or dealers that you would recommend?

All suggestions welcome, and yes, I wish I had never sold the car. It was an absolute blast!

Great Forum you have, too!

I bought my car on Ebay 6 years ago. Great place to start. 356 registry is very educational as well. Good Luck. Hope to see you join the club and Rennlist.

By all means join the 356 Registry. Second, find your local area 356 group. Keep The Faith.

Thanks for the Registry idea. Had no clue it was out there. Speedster prices are amazing!

Yes, Speedsters are the wave now. Just purchased this one that has been in storage for 30+ years:

Would love to see that sometime. My '56 has no sunroof. It can get very toasty on a warm day.

Thanks! Going to work on this winter. Body is pretty good. Not going to repaint but wet-sand then 4 step polish. It will look fine. Interior is toast. Not sure yet on the direction that will be taken there.

In the meantime, will enjoy the '59 and the '63.

Thanks for your post.

What cool cars you have. Too bad mods won't allow other interesting cars on this thread.

Thanks for the most interesting PM.

Best,

DJ
