Default Who Gets Your Cars?

There's an interesting discussion over on the 911 forum about what happens to our cars when we're not around. Some people are doing some really interesting things.

Mine goes to the daughter. Hope to God her future husband takes care of it like I do.

Keep in mind that the federal taxes are generally not the issue. Only 5,400 estates in the US paid the federal estate taxes last year.

It's all the various taxes the states have invented. And the fact every state is different makes it even worse.

That's the best idea I've got. Of 6 kids, only possibly my youngest (10) may be a car guy, oldest (45 and VERY successful (and VERY cheap)) just got a new Hyundai.

A friend of mine did his final lap of Watkins Glen in an urn. What was even better he was in his Ferrari 250 Testa Rossa pontoon driven by his son.
