Default Classic Porsche Financing and Insurance

I couldn't find a better place to post this, so if it's not right, can the mods please move it/direct me to the right place to put it?

My question really is about finding the best places to look for financing and insuring a classic car?

I would love to hear any suggestions or experiences.

This would be my first classic.

Thanks guys!

Try the bank you have your savings and checking account in. I use Haggerty for my cars insurance...declared replacement value at 80k.

Is that 80K based on declared or appraised value?

My bank is BOA, it's not ideal for a classic car. I was wondering if there was something better or more specialized for this.

Woodside Credit has a good reputation for the financing and American Modern is good for insurance.

I have Hagerty for insurance. I say if you can't pay cash, don't buy classic car. Not that I never financed or leased in the past, but I paid cash for all my current vehicles.
