A friend and myself are on a quest to find the best burger in the Durango/ Silverton area. Every Wednesday we hit a different restaurant and order cheeseburgers. This particular day we were heading from Durango to Silverton to eat at Handlebars before they closed for the season.

Apparently there is a good place in Mancos, though the name escapes me. Keep us posted on your final results!

Ted's Tacos???? They have a burger they call the"tasty burger" Really good. Julia Childs once voted Ted's as having the best tacos in the southwest. Small place, about 4 tables with a huge menu.
