PSA - 6 Volt batteries available at Advanced Autoparts
FYI... I was shocked and i bought one
its listed as a Farm and tractor battery
Group 1 battery 6 volt - which is exactly the same as the sears die hard Vintage Group 1 battery
$109 with a core charge of $27..
Fits perfectly in a 1959 A...
probably others..
Just an FYI.. not affiliated with them, just passing the word along if you were wondering (i was and fitted an Optima 6v which of course does not fit right in the battery box (too long)
