Default Advice needed on Veloce Wheels

I came across these wheels through a magazine ad. I've read good reviews about the Veloce GT1 Monobloc racewheel, but does anyone have any knowledge about these. I like the price point.

Unhappy Buy name brands, or risk....

your investment. I bought a set of Milla Miglia 18" wheels with tires for $750...too good to be true. It was a great price...and the seller was a real gentlerman, typical Rennlister.

As it turns out, I really didn't want to keep them for a couple of reasons...I couldn't get my standard Impact 19mm socket in the lug nut hole, and I didn't like the road noise of the tires so I decided to sell them. I believe I got $550 for them + I made a long drive to deliver them as well. Now a loss of $200 is not much, but....it all adds up sooner or later.

In the future I am limiting myself to Porsche Wheels, Fikse, Kinesis, if for no other reason, they are easy to sell when the time comes...and it always seems to come for me, for one reason or another. I know there is Jongblood, HRE, etc., but not for me.

The wheel is advertised as a Veloce 3.6. Here is a link to the actual wheel.

I'd pass...the idea of one piece wheels w/ bolts to look like 3-piece wheels is like replacing your carrera emblem with a turbo one. JMHO...

I thought you were talking about Veloce GT1 wheels... as far as these replicas, I'm sure they're heavy. They always are

I am selling my Veloce GT1 wheels, now that the car is gone. I also have 2 brand new rear GT1 wheels, so perhaps someone wants all six, or I could split. PM me if interested.
