New Porsche Panamera Leaked, and It’s a Bit Easier on the Eyes

I know I’m in the minority, but I like the Porsche Panamera. It’s weird, and that’s what I like about it. Most, however, think it’s a hideous whale that doesn’t deserve the usually stylish Porsche name (for the record, I think the Cayenne is monumentally worse-looking). But that’s all about to be irrelevant, because the 2017 Panamera is getting new skin for its second-generation remodel.

This is the first rebuild of the car in seven years, since it debuted for the 2010 model year. And now we’re getting our first look, thanks to a few different leaks. After an overarching company decision, this will now be known as the Panamera Turbo, and will reportedly feature a 4.0-liter turbocharged V8 under the hood.

At its base, the Panamera package hasn’t changed, but the front and rear have been nipped and tucked. The rear now has the much sleeker Robocop lightbar that pulls everything together much better than that weird chrome strip on the old model. The front looks, well, pretty much just like a Porsche with its froggish headlights and gaping front bumper.

So, do you guys like?
