The biggest international toy show in the world, the Spielwarenmesse, is going off in Nuremberg right now, but it’s not all fun and games. There’s serious automotive action too, as the latest, greatest addition to the LEGO Technic series is making its global debut: the Porsche 911 GT3 RS.

Oh, who am I kidding, this is the most fun you can have with a toy. But it can’t be easy to put together, judging by the intricacy of the work, including an inner roll-cage and glorious back wing. You can get a much better look in the video below, which comes straight from the Spielwarenmesse floor.

The coolest part of this little ripper has to be the spy camo though, which also appears on the box. Hopefully, that’s the color scheme their sticking with, cause that really sets this apart.

For those novice LEGO builders out there, this isn’t just your basic old plastic brick replica. This is a LEGO Technic model, for Master Builders only, aged 16 and up. Which basically means it doesn’t just look good, but it also functions… well, not like you drive in it or anything, but there are working gearboxes, piston engines, steering systems, and other neat doohickeys.

According to Art of Gears:

Sets of this magnitude have upwards of 1,000 pieces and assembly booklets oftentimes have more than 200 pages so the fun in these toys is definitely in the process of assembly. Expect prices to touch $100 and beyond for this particular Porsche.

There’s not even an official name for this LEGO Technic 911 replica, so we won’t know pricing or piece-count for a while. But the in-house code number is 42056, if that helps you at all.
